We started in 2014 with a simple belief: most software delivery problems are not technical — they are organizational. Small, senior teams can move faster and ship better software than large mixed-seniority teams, especially in the messy middle where most real-world projects live.\n\nTwelve years and 150+ projects later, that belief has held up.
